Naveya's Last Day of Second Grade

We officially have a third grader! Naveya's last day of second grade was yesterday and just like that she looks so grown up to me. I love this girl so much! Watching her learn and grow has been one of the biggest causes of joy in my life. A few days ago, Naveya came home with her Reading and Mathematics medals for hitting her goals this year! It was so cute. She hopped in the car and said, "I'm officially going to third grade!" Haha! 

We woke up and had a dance party, got ready for school and the 4 of us went to drop her off. It was fun to get to walk around the play ground and take a few photos of her with her friends. I honestly thought I would be the emotional one, but when we picked her up from school Naveya was sad to leave. Hearing her talk about her friends made me so happy to be here in Arizona. I really feel like at this time in our little family's life, we're in the right place. Not just for Danny's new job (more details to come), but also for our kids. They are thriving here and have such great friends. I'm excited to have tons of playdates this summer!
